Roles & Responsibilities
Safety Coordinator I
- Has skills and knowledge to provide leadership.
- Has skills to communicate public speaking is essential.
- Ability to manage analyze and understand safety trends and deploy innovative methods to improve situations.
- Provide consultation and support for understanding safety policies and practices
- Develops Implements and Maintains Safety Documents
- Assists in Safe Work Planning and Emergency Response Planning
- Assists in auditing of safety practices and procedures
- Assists in Implementing Site safety procedures.
- Works closely with site supervision.
- Credentials to provide training as per IIPP
- Works closely with clients safety representative.
- Must have advanced behavioral based safety techniques.
- Must have good knowledge of OSHA regulations
