A day in the life of
As Assistant Maintenance Manager you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance external contractors and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support other managers/ team to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.
What do we need from you
Youll have a Minimum of 2 years experience in a Maintenance role at Supervisory level with experience in one or more building trades and experience conducting first level fault finding. Youll be able to be the hotel Energy Champion and engage with the company and brand standard policys and initiatives at all times.
