Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant. This newly formed organization operates with a startup mentality and is focused on delivering exceptional customer support across a team of 2000 employees and 4000 delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office duties including ordering supplies maintaining records systems and basic bookkeeping.
  • Review and approve invoices reports memos letters and financial statements.
  • Analyze incoming communications and determine their significance and distribution.
  • Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings and committees.
  • Organize travel arrangements and support meeting planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications :

 

  • 35 years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint etc.).
  • Strong communication multitasking and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing calendars and rhythms of business (RoB).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Event planning and leadership capabilities.
  • Must be located in Charlotte NC.

  • Mainly Remote
  • Must be available for quarterly in-person meetings in Lisbon Portugal
