Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor keen to support complex high-value projects for global clients operating in mission-critical environments.
This role offers the chance to work on landmark projects that demand precision collaboration and technical excellence. Youll play a key part in ensuring commercial success and contractual compliance across high-specification builds where quality and performance are non-negotiable.
Your Role:
Manage cost and commercial control across the full project lifecycle.
Prepare and review tender documentation bills of quantities and procurement schedules.
Work closely with project managers clients and design teams to provide strategic commercial input.
Ensure rigorous cost control and accurate forecasting.
Mitigate risks and resolve contractual disputes effectively.
What Youll Bring:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Exceptional analytical negotiation and communication skills.
