Whats the role
This is your opportunity to lead with purpose. As Executive Manager Incident & Crisis Management youll play a critical role in safeguarding Westpacs operations during times of disruption. Based in Sydney or interstate this full-time position is all about readiness response and resilience. Youll coordinate crisis and incident response efforts across the Group chair key meetings and ensure senior leaders are informed and empowered to act. Youll also drive continuous improvement through training testing and strategic planning - so were always prepared for whats next.

In this pivotal role youll bring a calm strategic mindset to high-stakes situations guiding our organisation through uncertainty with confidence and clarity. Youll be a trusted voice in the room when it matters most.
What youll bring:
Given the dynamic nature of this role a flexible approach to working hours -including occasional availability for evening and weekend on-call duties is required on a rostered basis.
Youll be at the heart of Westpacs ability to respond when it matters most -protecting our people our customers and our services. Your leadership will shape how we prepare respond and recover ensuring we remain strong and resilient in the face of any challenge.
