Job Description
Moore People takes pride in partnering with new businesses helping them to launch find staff and succeed.
We are currently working in partnership with a small business due to open in Sittingbourne town centre in a few months a stones throw from the station. This family-feel organisation is looking for a person or people to cover the reception. The duties will include:
- Greeting customers and dealing with any queries
- Managing diaries
- Booking appointments and contacting clients with reminders and changes
- Keeping the area clean and tidy
- Answering the phone
- Maintaining the bespoke system - keeping information up to date
Uniquely the company is extremely flexible and open to consider job-sharing two part time employees or one full time and one part-time.
They are keen to hear from you if:
- You have a friendly and approachable disposition
- You may have experience as a receptionist in retail or customer service
- You are willing ot learn new systems and procedures - full training will be given
- You are an organised individual
- You have a good eye for detail
