We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword Schick Hawaiian Tropic Carefree Bulldog Skincare for Men Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming just to name a few!).


Now Lets Get Down to Business.

This role will provide high-level administrative support to the European Marketing Leadership team (MLT) and the Marketing Director Europe. Responsible for proactively managing schedules meetings reporting communications correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Heres a sample of what youll get up to:

  • Proactively managing the Marketing Director Europes calendar and appointments ensuring that they are well prepared for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Marketing Director and other parties such as clients partners and teammates.
  • Prepare edit and finalize documents presentations reports and memos for the Marketing Directors review and approval.
  • Book and manage travel arrangements including flights hotels transportation and visas.
  • Process Marketing Directors expenses and reimbursements.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activities for the MLT and their guests such as conferences workshops dinners and meetings.
  • Lead on creating designing and distributing the European Marketing Communications.
  • Lead the planning coordination and execution of the annual Marketing conference.
  • Lead on implementing the Marketing Vision across Europe.
  • Lead on implementing the Purpose Values and Behaviours across Europe.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with Global Communications Team and Regional Vice President Europe (RVP) Executive Assistant to manage and lead on upcoming priorities.


Are You Ready to Show Us What Youve Got

While your experience is of course important were all about making useful things joyful so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Heres what we are looking for:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Previous Experience within Marketing and consumer goods preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle changing demands and situations.
  • Professional and courteous with the ability to manage a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other European language is an advantage.
