Job Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead and support one of our telesales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations mentoring team members driving sales performance and ensuring that targets are met in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily telesales activities ensuring a high level of productivity and professionalism.
- Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve sales techniques customer service and compliance.
- Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance reviews.
- Generate reports on team performance sales metrics and customer feedback.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Motivate and support the telesales team to maintain high morale and a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing operations etc.) to support campaigns and optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant industry regulations.
- Coach the sales team on selling techniques and best practices through ride alongs with each individual.

Desirable Experience
- Experience in the automotive construction or industrial supply sectors.
- Experience with telesales preferably within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring a telesales team.
