Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Feed materials into production equipment
Open foam materials as part of product prep
Package finished products according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas (5S standards)
Support general assembly tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently (positions available for material feeding foam opening and packing)
Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills
Strong attention to detail and awareness of workplace organization (5S)
Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience operating reach truck forklifts. - Forklift certification preferred. - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. -Ability to work a first shift Monday- Friday Physical Requirements: - Capability to stand, sit, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
