Job Description
Attention: Self-motivated managers looking to work within a luxury residential fitness and hospitality environment.
The Wright Fit is looking for a full-time highly motivated individual with hospitality experience to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operational procedures across all departments in partnership with the club General Manager.

This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that provides an extraordinary service experience for each resident
The AGM role involves assisting the GM with the following:
- Maintaining exceptional levels of luxury residential hospitality.
- Maintaining high staff accountability.
- Managing resident relations answering inquiries and coordinating the resolution of any issues with the utmost professionalism.
- Project management.
- Inventory management.
- Overseeing facility staffing schedules.
- Staff training and development.
- Vendor communications.
