We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse creative and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.


JOB SUMMARY

The Digital/Mailing supervisor oversees department activities including the Digital printing inkjet inserting and sorting of all jobs in the Mailing Department. Monitors inventory checks recorder items as needed and schedules staff to be as efficient as possible.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Schedules and prioritizes Digital Printing Bindery and mailing department services.
  • Works with other supervisors to ensure an efficient flow between departments.
  • Operates department machines as needed assists with basic maintenance when required.
  • Maintains machine schedules and the staff to support them.
  • Orders materials and supplies needed for the department operation.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with vendors departmental customers and other related individuals.
  • Oversees and maintains department staffing.
  • Trains staff on safety and equipment processes.
  • Oversees movement of work between machines and departments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFCATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related experience or equivalent combination of training education and experience to provide knowledge and abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. postal regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize plan and organize work.
  • Ability to use or learn to use mail center equipment and software.
