Document Services Specialist Second Shift

Shift:Second Shift (4:00pm - 12:30am exact hours vary by location)
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for precision and client service Join our high-performing Americas PA and Document Services Team a 24/7 operation that supports attorneys paralegals and business professionals across the firm. As aDocument Services Specialist youll play a key role in producing editing and troubleshooting complex legal documents while also providing essential administrative and office support. This second shift position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where your expertise in legal software and document production will have a direct impact on the firms success.

This position is posted in multiple locations and the exact pay rate will be determined by candidate Washington D.C. the annualized salary range for this position is $68000 to $88500 and in New York the annualized salary range for this position is $72700 to $91000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary addition full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firms fringe benefits as they currently exist.
