This fast-paced highly collaborative role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to take complex projects from concept to launch. Experience at a top creative agency is strongly preferred.

- Location: In-office 5 days a week
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Hourly Rate: $75/hour
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple high-impact channels (digital social experiential web email/CRM see details below). This includes managing all aspects of the campaign lifecycle from initial brief to final launch ensuring all partners remain aligned and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (legal compliance marketing) and external agency partners. Lead creative reviews provide strategic and actionable feedback and effectively manage project timelines and approvals.
- Creative & Event Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and support for the creative development of brand activations and experiential campaigns. Ensure messaging and execution align with the overall brand strategy across all channels.
- Channel Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the following channels is essential:
- Digital: Display programmatic native advertising
- Social: Paid and organic social media campaigns
- Experiential: Event activations (focus on creative guidance not production management)
- Web: Campaign landing pages content creation and UX-driven updates
- Email/CRM: A plus particularly within integrated campaigns.
- Bonus Experience: Experience in TV connected TV/streaming print OOH and audio/podcast advertising is a significant advantage.
Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of marketing experience ideally with significant time spent at a top-tier creative agency.
- Digital native with fluency across digital channels platforms and tools; naturally integrates digital thinking into marketing strategies.
- Strong foundation in account management encompassing both strategic planning and project oversight.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Excellent communication skills; clear confident and adaptable communication style. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience working in regulated industries or with financial brands is a plus but not required.
