Job Description
MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center is looking for a licensed Locum Pulmonary Critical Care physician to cover an URGENT need for 8/18 - 8/25!
Schedule:
- 7a-7p (in-house) 7p-7a (off-site call)
- 8/18 - 8/25
- Ongoing sporadic dates (as-needed basis. These are the only open dates we have at this time)
Details:
- Client can provide emergency privileges! Provider MUST be licensed and have Clean Background/Malpractice!
- Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 13
- Total Number of Beds: 200
- Number of ICU Beds: 12
- Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing timeline: Emergency/Temp Privs
- Only ICU patients are being seen per day
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly
- Holiday Hourly
- Night Call
- Holiday Night Call
- 24 Hour On Call
- Holiday 24 Hour On Call
- Call Back
- Holiday Call Back
- Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)
Requirement description :
- Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care - REQUIRED
- Active IA License - REQUIRED for expedited Privs
- Must be able to cover 8/18 - 8/25 - REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS
- ACLS DEA CSR - REQUIRED
- COVID vaccine - REQUIRED note at time of name clear
