Job Description
Current blocks:
- 7am Sept 5th - Sept 12th 7a
- 7am Sept 21st - Sept 28th 7a
- Providers must be available to start in September - Future dates will be needed as well.
- 8a - 5pm Tuesday-Thursday clinic. Call coverage is 24/7.
- Coverage is requested every other week 0700 am on Friday to 0700am Friday.
- Scheduled C sections and Sterilization
- 20 average in clinic. average of 25 deliveries per month
- 1 NP or Midwife in office. Clinic across from hospital so all ancillary services in hospital
- Clinic supervisor 2 patient access staff and MA
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be proficient and comfortable with all OB/GYN Procedures and skills
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description :
- ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
- MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
- BLS - Required
- Provider must be local - REQUIRED no exceptions
- Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
- Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required will not send to client without rates
- Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
- Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
