At Factorial were looking for a Full-Stack Senior/Mid Product Developer to help us boost our team & the company to the next level. Are you ready to be part of one on the most impactful teams
The Team
The Growth Product team is the most impactful team at Factorial because we work across the entire customer journey: from enhancing the platform that our sales team uses to demonstrate Factorial to creating upselling experiences that help customers discover new products and streamlining the onboarding process of new companies.
Imagine building something that helps our sales team improve their conversion rate by 10% or designing an automated process that enables our specialists to handle five times more clients each week. These are the types of projects that drive over $1M in annual recurring revenue and they are led by the Growth Product team.
You will join forces with awesome talent like Lara Menendez Amalia Gonzle z Chlo Dumit Rubn Prez Pablo Gutirrez & David Garca.
The Tech Behind
Our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. Usually our tasks are 75% of Frontend and 25% is Backend.

Process & Next Steps

1. Talent Interview (30mins) The first thing is to get to know each other and give you the chance to ask any questions you have about Factorial. Treat this interview as an informal conversation so dont be nervous. You can ask anything you want!
1. Engineering Manager Interview (1h) After talk with our amazing Talent team you will be redirected to talk our Engineering Manager this interview is focus on talk more about how growth product team works and your experience.
2. Challenge (2h) We need to validate your knowledge and understand how you work before joining Factorial. The challenge is quite simple: well start with a short description of a problem and well evaluate your skills to research it thoroughly and propose a solution. After that well get hands-on and youll start taking the first steps towards a technical solution. We will evaluate how you work so you can use any resources you like just as if it were a real-life task.
3. VP / CTO Interview (1h) Once you finish the challenge well do a final interview having the change to have a talk whit our Engineering VP our our CTO.
4. Offer Letter If everything plays out well make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
