Gen AI Solution Architect
Experience: 15 Years

What is in it for you
As a Gen AI Solution Architect you will be part of an Agile team building healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to the highest coding and development standards.
Responsibilities:
Architect Gen AI solution integration to validate monitor and operationalize with existing or third-party applications (using LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith components).
Build pipelines to execute multiple concurrent integrations of Gen AI solutions deployed via API endpoints.
Lead teams of AI engineers aligned for solution integration operationalization and execution.
Support the team in infrastructure and productionization of AI/GenAI integrations and operating deployed models on Azure cloud.
Communicate functional outlines timelines and risk factors in clear and effective terms to leadership.
Mentor teammates on their growth paths aligned with program skillset requirements and contribute to the external talent pipeline through community engagement.
Key Skills:
Applied experience in cloud development Azure AWS or GCP (Databricks experience is a plus)
Designing and building Gen AI applications using RAG Agents Agentic AI and monitoring tools (LangSmith)
Building multi-step reasoning agents using frameworks like LangChain LangGraph AutoGen or CrewAI
Experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI GPT LLaMA Claude) and fine-tuning techniques
Applied experience with Docker and containerization
Applied experience working with vector databases
Experience with Python FAST API framework and SQL
Experience with Azure App Services Azure MySQL and Azure Container Services
Exposure to and understanding of Terraform and ARM templates
Applied experience with Git GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
Mandatory Skills:
13 years of experience in AI/ML and MLOps
Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects and teams
Proficient programming skills in Python
Advanced critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and writing skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology
Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
