Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI integration enabling intelligent automation predictive analytics and enhanced user experiences within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance Operations Sales and Customer Service modules.
Integrate AI capabilities using Microsoft Azure AI services Copilot Power Platform AI Builder and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable secure and high-performance solutions.
Define and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 customization data modeling and integration.
Guide development teams on technical design code reviews and performance optimization.
Stay current with Microsofts roadmap and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience integrating AI into business applications using Azure Cognitive Services OpenAI or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) and Data verse.
Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK APIs and custom development using C# .NET and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Experience with machine learning models natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing retail or financial services is a plus.
