About the Role
We are hiring AI Prompt Evaluators fluent in Croatian or Hebrew to join our team in Essen Germany. This role involves crafting testing and refining prompts that train advanced AI language models. You will assess AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy cultural relevance and overall quality.
This is an on-site position ideal for candidates with strong language skills analytical thinking and a passion for technology and communication.
Responsibilities
- Write evaluate and improve prompts for AI systems
- Analyze AI-generated responses for accuracy tone and relevance
- Collaborate with multilingual teams to ensure cultural and linguistic precision
- Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance
- Support validation of multimedia content (text image speech) as needed
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Croatian or Hebrew
- Strong command of English for internal communication
- Bachelors degree in any field (linguistics humanities or technology preferred)
- Excellent writing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be located in Essen or willing to relocate
- Relocation support available for candidates living more than 50 km from Essen
