Job Description
- Deliver external beam Radiation Therapy treatments accurately and efficiently according to physician prescriptions
- Enter verify and maintain patient treatment parameters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Maintain and review daily treatment records and patient charts following established protocols
- Perform patient setup positioning and verification using immobilization devices and imaging
- Accurately interpret and implement computerized treatment plans
- Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and adhere to radiation safety protocols (including ALARA principles)
- Participate in quality control and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians physicists dosimetrists and other clinical staff to support patient care
- Full-time position Monday Friday 8-hour shifts; no weekends or on-call required
