Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Deployment Configuration and Operate Oracle and Ribbon SBC
- Strong Experience on Oracle and Ribbon SBC product line
- Prior working experience in Managed Services environment
- Cisco Unified Communication Applications: CUCM CUC IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP MGCP H323
Roles & Responsibilities
- 5 years of demonstrated ability as a Senior Engineer in a NOC TAC or PS setting
- Ability to coordinate lead and influence teams solve complex networks and services during high pressure service impacting outages and incidents
- Expertise in Webex calling CUCM Dial plan and IP phone configurations
- Solid understanding of Oracle and Ribbon SBC product line
- Expert level knowledge on Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (SBC) Session Delivery
- Manager (SDM) and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM) Ribbon SBC and Ribbon Analytics Platform
- Advanced technical skills on Deploy Configure Upgrade and Operate Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC Suit
- Deploy and Configure Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
- Handling Day 2 Operational tasks related to Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
- Troubleshooting integration issues between SBC and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP Call Manager and Phones
- Working with Service Provide and Partner to troubleshoot SIP Trunk issues between SBC and ITSP
- Perform Configuration changes like Add Route Modify Session Manipulation to fix call routing issues
- While troubleshooting issues or part of changes perform health checks on ACME SBC and
- Ribbon SBC solution to detect problems.
- Configure network interfaces SIP trunks call routing session policies and HMR rules to establiseamless communication and manipulation SIP message headers.
- Configuration of Client and SIP trunks with peer Client / SIP proxy servers
- Coordination with Carriers vendor OEM Client technical Team for new deployment or upgradation
- Capacity planning handle device lifecycle and vulnerability management
- Fundamental knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Applications: CUCM CUC
- IMP and Cisco VoIP Protocols: SIP MGCP H323
- Strong verbal and written communication consulting and relationship building skills with ability to work autonomously and thrive in a transformational environment
- Ability to identify prioritize and drive service improvement opportunities.
