Job Description
Title:- Sr. Tech Manager (Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead)
Location:- Santa Clara CA 95054 (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM applications including Core HR Benefits Oracle Recruitment Cloud and Workforce Compensation. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations and requires both technical and functional expertise.
Oracle Fusion HCM Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform requirement gathering fit-gap analysis and Fusion HCM configurations.
- Manage integrations: HDL Web Services AWS PaaS and 3rd party APIs.
- Develop Fast Formulae Personalizations Data Extracts BIP Reports Dashboards.
- Handle data conversion and migration tasks.
- Implement and maintain security in Fusion Applications.
- Prepare documentation: AS-IS BRD Process Flows Test Scenarios SOPs etc.
- Create and execute test scripts and end-to-end scenarios.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Manage cloud upgrades and support coexistence with Oracle eBusiness Suite.
- Take complete ownership of tasks and drive them independently.
- Communicate effectively with global clients and internal teams.
Mandatory Skills
- 10 years of total experience including 7 years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- 5 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong hands-on in Fast Formulae Data Extracts and BIP Reporting.
- Solid understanding of integration techniques and tools.
- Experience with testing tools and change management practices.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Exposure to Redwood UI enablement.
- Experience working with global clients.
