Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Quality Admin located in Henrico VA.
Reporting to the Quality Director the Quality Admin role is responsible for preparing daily weekly monthly Quarterly Yield defect customer related supplier quality reports.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics
- Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards.
- Manage and ensure that satisfaction levels of customer are to a greater extent.
- Support the team to maintain/control documents and procedures in document management system.
- Knowledge on Quality concepts
- Responsible to take part in all site calls & comprehensive minutes
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Associates degree in Mechanical/Computer Science/ Engineering
- Microsoft 365 experience preferred
- Word/Excel/Forms/Power BI experience preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Very Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Good Attitude
- ISO /IATF Certification/Automation knowledge are added benefits
