Job Description
Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform giving organizations control over their AI talent processes and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics models and agents. Providing no- low- and full-code capabilities Dataiku meets teams where they are today allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive demand for Dataiku (specifically the Enterprise AI offering). The Director of Product Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management sales enablement and the rest of marketing to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Marketing this individual will be responsible for driving specific product marketing initiatives around key areas of focus as well as supporting the broader product marketing team on product release communications product-focused events and more. That means were looking for someone who can take a step back and see the whole picture but also someone who can dive in and execute deliverables alongside the team.
Key Areas of Responsibility (What Youll Do)
Work with the field teams and product managers to understand how the market is responding to the offers (and adjust strategy accordingly).
Understand the upcoming product roadmap as outlined by product management and clearly communicate it to the larger marketing team and to the market.
Support release marketing both internally and externally (press and communications).
Identify scope and create materials (demos enablement decks website pages etc.) to support the Enterprise AI offering and associated programs.
Ensure a constant flow of external-facing material (blogs webinars customer stories) working closely with content marketing counterparts for support on thought leadership customer stories and other areas if needed.
Experience (What Were Looking For)
7 years of experience in product marketing ideally in the world of tech/AI with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products (B2B environment preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Past experience working hands-on with digital marketing website copywriting email marketing and social media.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Prior experience in the AI/ML space
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location internal equity education skill set experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataikus incentive compensation program.
