Job Description
About the Role:
- Creditor Work: Represent top-tier clients such as hedge funds CLOs private equity firms and financial institutions in sophisticated chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings often at the top of the capital structure.
- Debtor Work: Play a key role in high-stakes chapter 11 cases including cross-border and out-of-court restructurings collaborating on impactful solutions for clients navigating challenging scenarios.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years experience at alaw firm in Business Restructuring & Reorganization. (AmLaw experience preferred not required).
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
- Demonstrated experience in restructuring and reorganization matters with a drive to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced high-profile environment.
