Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As an IT Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organizations IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and driving technological innovation.
- Manage and supervise the IT team providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the maintenance configuration and reliable operation of computer systems networks and servers
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through proactive measures and regular audits
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Manage IT projects including planning resource allocation and timely execution
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
- Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and equipment
- Prepare and manage IT budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for IT staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and network administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Experience with IT project management and implementation
- In-depth understanding of IT security best practices and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CISSP CCNA PMP) are a plus
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
