About the role
The PMO will be responsible for overseeing and managing mid to large-scale technical projects particularly focusing on complex system integration initiatives. This role requires strong project governance cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management within an international multicultural environment.
As a part of your job you will:
- Manage mid to large-scale technical projects with a strong focus on system integration initiatives;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders;
- Ensure on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery of project milestones;
- Identify and mitigate project risks and interdependencies;
- Operate within an international and multicultural context collaborating closely with global teams.
What are we looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking/financial sector (minimum 35 years);
- Solid background in technical project delivery (e.g. core banking migrations platform integrations IT transformations);
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies;
Nice to have:
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum);
- A hands-on results-driven and solution-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in Spanish and English both written and spoken;
Personal traits
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients and to thrive in a multinational corporate environment;
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills both with technical teams and business stakeholders;
