As a Sales Developer Representative youll be responsible for selling the companys products by identifying leads gathering customer needs and expanding our network. You will be working directly with company management and supporting their sales activities.
The role of a SDR revolves around lead generation not closing deals. Youll assist in qualifying leads that generate a certain amount of business allowing account executives to focus more on closing deals.

What youll do:
-Research and identify potential clients in pharma and life sciences.
-Execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
-Book discovery calls for our sales team but being able to do first qualification themselves.
-Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
-Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting
What were looking for:
-2-4 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience
-Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
-Strong written communication skills for email and social selling
-Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
-Self-motivated with consistent follow-through. Drive and independence is very important.
-Interest in or familiarity with technology/data science solutions preferred
Bonus points:
-Previous experience selling to technical audiences
-Background in SaaS or professional services
