Sales Development Representative We are looking for an eager coachable and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If youre motivated to break into tech sales hungry to succeed and ready to work hardthis role offers the perfect entry point.
As an SDR youll play a key role in driving growth by generating and qualifying opportunities through a balance of outbound prospecting and inbound lead this role youll identify research and engage potential customers through email phone social media and networking proactively creating new conversations and building pipeline. Youll also respond quickly professionally and consultatively to prospective customers who express interest in our software ensuring they receive a seamless and positive first experience. Additionally occasional travel of up to 10% may be required to attend conferences and events.

Location This role is based in Midtown Atlanta GA. Employees are expected to work in the office three days per week as part of our hybrid model.
Salary and Benefits At GrowthZone we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The base salary range for this position is $45000 - $55000 determined based on experience skills and internal addition SDRs are eligible for variable compensation based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scheduled demos and activity targets.
