Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Technical Delivery Manager.
In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions across cross-functional teams ensuring strategic alignment resource optimization and adherence to quality standards and project objectives.

What the role will entail
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives ensuring scope quality and timelines are met
- Develop and manage delivery plans resource assignments and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams across development QA infrastructure and business functions
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards security protocols and technical governance
- Monitor delivery metrics budgets and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Drive Agile and DevOps practices to foster efficient execution and continuous improvement
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies DevOps practices and modern delivery frameworks
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Trello)
- Relevant certifications (PMP Scrum Master ITIL) and experience with cloud platforms CI/CD and distributed teams
- Demonstrated success in managing complex software or infrastructure projects with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
