This role involves calendar management meeting coordination internal communication and light project tracking helping align priorities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Partner s calendar appointments and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and client meetings including agendas and action tracking
- Draft professional correspondence emails and proposals
- Track project tasks and timelines using digital tools (e.g. Zoho Projects Trello)
- Maintain files internal documents and reports
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner team and clients
- Handle basic research travel planning and operations support
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant VA or similar support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with tools like Zoho (CRM Mail Projects) Google Workspace or Trello
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote setup
