Youll be at the heart of Westpacs Private Bankpartnering with Australias most successful individuals to deliver truly bespoke banking and wealth solutions. With a sharp focus on acquisitions youll grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients offering insights and opportunities that go beyond the expected. Backed by our Global Investment Services team youll bring world-class thinking to every conversation. This full-time role is based in our Melbourne office where youll be surrounded by a high-performing team and a culture that celebrates excellence.
What do I need
- A strong track record in client acquisitionsyoure confident identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting relationships.
- Proven ability to build deep trusted connections with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Confidence in delivering a holistic banking and wealth proposition tailored to individual client needs.
- A collaborative mindset working seamlessly across teams to elevate client outcomes.
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk including AML/KYC obligations.
