We are now seeking an Account Executive to join our International Sales team based in Manchester.

This is a new opportunity to apply your sales expertise in a full-cycle role focusing on our commercial (SMB) segment. Youll work with a diverse and exciting customer base managing opportunities and closing deals in key international markets including Australia the Middle East the UK and South Africa.

We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in our Manchester office.

    • Manage and convert inbound opportunities running the full sales cycle from start to finish.
    • Deliver engaging discovery calls and product demos that showcase Matillions value and guide prospects through their decision-making process.
    • Maintain accurate records of your pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Become a product expert by staying up-to-date on our capabilities use cases and the competitive landscape.

What we are looking for

    • You will have experience in Inside Sales with some closing experience.
    • You are a confident communicator with strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
    • You are a technically curious problem-solver who can quickly learn and explain product functionality.
    • You are process-driven and comfortable following a defined sales playbook.
    • You have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
    • You are highly coachable adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
At Matillion we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role job family job level and country. This roles estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is 36000 - 54000. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions your total annual on-target annual earnings will be between 60000 - 90000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
