Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Lead technical planning system architecture (HLD/LLD) and delivery of assigned projects
- Own the end-to-end software lifecycle: design development deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with Product Managers on planning estimation and delivery
- Mentor and review work from Project Engineers within your project scope
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering quality standards
- Manage GCP-based infrastructure observability and CI/CD workflows
- Identify and resolve technical challenges performance bottlenecks and design risks
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in full stack development with React/ and Python (FastAPI Flask or Django)
- Proven experience in leading the design and delivery of scalable software systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-native development
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL SQLAlchemy and Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run Pub/Sub Cloud SQL IAM
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Docker and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform)
- Excellent communication technical judgment and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Prior experience in a startup or small-team environment is preferred
