Employment: Full-time Permanent with Tekskills

Role Description


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong customer relationships negotiating and closing deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. They will also develop and implement sales strategies participate in industry events and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.


  • As part of the leadership team he/she will provide strategic input and direction to short and long-term business strategy to business executives & delivery teams.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting company services to new and existing Clients.
  • Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service explore and identify all their needs.
  • Approach new businesses with proposals.
  • Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
  • Establish & maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel
  • Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
  • Manage clients- / projects- receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
  • Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post. deal process.
  • Evaluate the economic strategic costs and benefits of clients and execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues - commercial marketing supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of - availability database & delivery
  • To act effectively as a team player with company management / colleagues taking proactive role in improving overall company performance.
  • To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel / market
  • Manage customers- needs / expectations in line of company guidelines to ensure win / win relation
