Job Title: International Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only)


Location: Ludhiana
Salary: 25000 to 30000
Experience: 1 to 3 years


Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic International Business Development Executive (Female) to expand our business in global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new international opportunities building long-term client relationships managing negotiations and handling customized technical requirements using AutoCAD.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyse international market opportunities research prospective leads and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

  • Build maintain and strengthen relationships with international clients and partners by ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity.

  • Negotiate and close international deals including handling contract negotiations pricing discussions and partnership agreements in line with business objectives.

  • Generate new leads and enquiries through online research networking and market analysis.

  • Communicate and correspond with clients through emails to understand their specific technical requirements.

  • Customize tool drawings using AutoCAD based on client specifications and ensure accuracy in design modifications.

  • Coordinate and follow up on order approvals and ensure timely updates to clients.

  • Monitor order processing dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation in compliance with international trade standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in international business development sales or client handling with technical products.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

    • Strong knowledge of mechanical tools/products.

  • Business Skills:

    • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

    • Ability to identify and convert international market opportunities.

    • Strong understanding of global trade practices and export documentation.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and email correspondence skills.

    • Cultural awareness and ability to build trust with international clients.

    • High level of professionalism and relationship-building ability.
