Communicate and correspond with clients through emails to understand their specific technical requirements.
Customize tool drawings using AutoCAD based on client specifications and ensure accuracy in design modifications.
Coordinate and follow up on order approvals and ensure timely updates to clients.
Monitor order processing dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation in compliance with international trade standards.
Education: in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in international business development sales or client handling with technical products.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of mechanical tools/products.
Business Skills:
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to identify and convert international market opportunities.
Strong understanding of global trade practices and export documentation.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and email correspondence skills.
Cultural awareness and ability to build trust with international clients.
