1. Responsible for managing client engagements for accounting and tax compliance
2. Manage a team of 3 4 direct reporting employees handling various client engagements
3. Ensure proper record keeping maintenance of books of accounts and tax compliance
4. Preparation/verification of periodical customized MIS and financials reports participation in client review meetings to present/discuss on client financial performance etc.
5. Ensure timely deliverables to clients (MIS & other reports) and completion of all statutory compliance (TDS TCS GST Advance Tax etc. for various client organizations)
6. Develop MIS templates checklists report formats compliance calendars etc. for effective work management and internal controls
7. Maintain cordial relationships with clients deliver good quality service and ensure to attend to concerns or feedback
8. Responsible for task allocation based on client engagements managing the CRM updation of the team knowledge sharing on subject matters and regulatory updates
9. Report on team and client-related updates to Reporting manager / Management.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Competency and Skill:
1. Excellent Interpersonal & Managerial Skills
2. Excellent knowledge in Accounting Finalization of Accounts and Audit management
3. Excellent knowledge of Income Tax & GST laws and compliances
4. Good communication skills English - Written & Spoken compulsory
5. Good knowledge of Accounting Standards / Financial Reporting
6. Experience of working in Tally Zoho Books and other accounting software
Qualification and Work Experience:
- / / Semi qualified CMA / CA Inter
- Work experience of 10 years in core accounting & tax compliance areas
- Experience of working in corporates or similar consulting firms will be preferred
