Our client a prestigious global financial services firm based in Dublin is seeking a Temporary International Payroll Specialist to provide cover and support during a period of sustained growth and internal transition. This is a key short-term opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can confidently manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of monthly payrolls for UK Ireland and selected EMEA countries.
- Manage compensation components such as salary bonuses RSUs severance pensions and benefits.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and coordinate between Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Support quarterly Irish fund payroll processing and assist with payroll-related reporting as required.
Requirements:
- 3 years payroll experience ideally within financial legal or professional services.
- Strong working knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll is essential. EMEA payroll experience is a strong advantage.
- Confident in using Excel and payroll/accounting platforms (SAP/S4 Hana experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive detail-focused mindset.
