Customer Communications Executive Remote up to 35000 per annum Full time

Were looking for a Customer Communications Executive to join our team and support the Customer Communications Manager in delivering strategic multi-channel initiatives that keep our 14000 schools informed engaged and successful. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships and supporting our journey toward a more partnership-focused approach to communication.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging multi-channel customer communicationsemails newsletters and digital contentthroughout the customer journey.
  • Create and maintain high-quality customer-facing content including product updates case studies and onboarding resources.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support webinars events and customer advocacy initiatives helping to build strong relationships and communities.
  • Track engagement metrics manage customer segments and contribute insights to improve communication strategies.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy manage communication preferences and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Continuously improve communication processes perform QA checks and liaise with vendors and platform providers.
