The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving performance through insightful financial analysis QVC International is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team based in one of our European Markets (UK Germany Italy). Youll partner with local and international finance teams to deliver robust reporting support strategic decision-making and help shape the financial future of QVC across multiple markets. Youll play an important part in our long-term planning and forecasting ensuring our financial story is clear actionable and aligned with QVCs vision. Working in a hybrid working environment and be reporting to the Director Commercial and Operations Finance for QVC International.

Your Impact

• You will promote Financial Storytelling as you prepare and consolidate financial reports and presentations for senior leadership translating data into actionable insights.
• You will support Planning & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting long-range forecasting processes building models and anticipating our needs.
• You will Partner with the Business : Collaborate with market finance teams to establish processes challenge assumptions and provide commercial analytics. Comfortable partnering with Senior Leadership.
• You will Improve Performance: Work with the Business Optimisation team to integrate key initiatives into financial KPIs and track actual results.
• Youll ensure you are Market Benchmarking: Analyse trends and benchmarks across the UK Germany Italy and Japan to inform strategic decisions.
• Youll Champion Leadership Competencies: Model QVCs leadership behaviours in every aspect of your work.

What You Bring

• You will have a degree in Finance Business Statistics Mathematics Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
• You will have experience a finance role with exposure to FP&A budgeting and forecasting.
• You have advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools and ERPs.
• You will have analytical operational and strategic experience.
• You will have experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences with the ability to tell a compelling story with data.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Youll have experience challenging decisions and driving process efficiencies.
