Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night-Time Domiciliary Care Assistant to support our clients across Kirklees during waking night shifts.
As a key part of our home care team you will provide vital overnight support to individuals in the comfort of their own homesensuring their safety dignity and peace of mind throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering person-centred care tailored to each clients individual needs and preferences
Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as toileting repositioning and dressing as needed
Monitoring clients well-being throughout the night and promptly reporting any concerns or changes in condition
Administering medication in line with care plans and company policy (where trained and required)
Maintaining a clean safe home environment including light housekeeping tasks and regular checks
Responding promptly to any alerts or calls for assistance during the night
Keeping accurate records of care provided observations and any incidents or concerns
Ensuring clear communication with day staff to support smooth handovers and continuity of care
Taking part in training and team development to maintain high standards of care
Adhering to all health safety and infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications :
You must have some experience in care or have worked in care previously. Join us and you can work towards a certified qualification.
