Role Description:
Were seeking a Senior UX Developer who combines artistic flair with technical prowess. Youll lead the creation of immersive digital experiences that captivate users through eye-catching interfaces intuitive
interactions and seamless data storytelling across applications UX using React JS Streamlit and Power BI.
Job Experience Requirements:
Expertise in React JS with mastery of hooks state management and component- based architecture
Experience building with Streamlit customizing visual elements and integrating back- end data
Advanced UX Design capabilities with modern trends like glassmorphism neumorphism and motion design
Fluent in CSS animations JavaScript transitions and front-end libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP
Familiarity with Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
Experience implementing user flows personas journey maps and rapid prototyping
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement sleek responsive UIs that delight users and guide engagement
Develop interactive dynamic web apps with React JS and Streamlit that emphasize aesthetics and functionality
Integrate Power BI dashboards with custom styling for immersive data visualization
Elevate UX with animation micro interactions and advanced visual effects
Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts and user journeys into real-world experiences
Apply behavioral psychology and cognitive design principles for persuasive UX
Conduct A/B testing heat mapping and performance analytics to refine UX
Champion accessibility (WCAG) performance and cross-device compatibility
Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters in human-Computer Interaction Visual Design or Computer Science or relevant experience
Nice to have:
Understanding of AR/VR interfaces or 3D web rendering (e.g. )
Passion for branding typography and interactive storytelling
Contributions to open-source UX toolkits or design systems
Experience designing for performance and SEO
Experience in designing UX for Power BI Dashboards including DAX dynamic visuals and responsive dashboards
