You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailGreet guests warmly in F&B outlets and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Handle guest inquiries reservations and special requests (e.g. dietary needs celebrations).
Follow up with guests during and after dining to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally coordinating with F&B staff and management.
Collect guest feedback and report it to F&B management for service improvement.
Assist with seating arrangements table turnover and maintaining guest flow.
Maintain knowledge of menu items promotions and special events.
Promote upselling of special dishes beverages or events.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless experience.
Maintain an elegant professional appearance and a warm approachable manner.
Previous experience in guest relations or front-of-house F&B roles (minimum 1 2 years in hospitality).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English is required; German Russian or Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Well-groomed with a friendly customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle guest concerns under pressure with diplomacy and tact.
Familiarity with F&B operations and POS/reservation systems is preferred.
Flexible to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
Professional demeanor and strong sense of hospitality.
