Focused on addressing the prevalent issue of mental health distress among youth particularly those systematically excluded from mental health dialogue and action we adapt programming to meet the needs of diverse youth demographics and communities across Canada. Our approach centers on upstream prevention of mental distress and the promotion of mental well-being.
As our Director People & Culture (14-month contract) youll play a key role in leading the people strategy that supports our mission. This role drives organizational development staff engagement and a values-aligned culture. Reporting to: VP Development Marketing & Operations
Location: Toronto / Hybrid
Salary: $100000-$110000
Status: Full-Time 14-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

The Director People & Culture leads the People function and is responsible for setting and executing HR strategy across the organization. This role fosters an inclusive and engaging culture while ensuring that people practices align with mission and operational needs.
