Job Description
A fantastic hospital just outside of Shakopee MN is seeking a full-time permanent Chief Nursing Officer to join their amazing team! $5000 sign-on bonus included with this position!
Salary: $152172 - $247686/annually
The Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5x8s per week

- The Chief Nursing Officer provides leadership and direction to nursing staff while implementing strategic initiatives to ensure optimal patient care improve nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes
Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing required; Masters Degree preferred
- Minimum of four years of supervisory level experience required
- Must have MN RN License or be eligible to obtain
- Must be BLS Certified
