Job Description

This is a remote position.

As our Onsite Enrollment & Client Services Coordinator you ll serve as a vital in-person connection between customers storage facilities and our insurance offerings. Youll guide clients through insurance enrollment simplify coverage decisions and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and trust creating a seamless and friendly experience at our partner locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage facility customers presenting insurance options and answering enrollment questions.

  • Facilitate smooth completion of policy enrollment ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.

  • Educate clients on policy coverage benefits terms and claims process in a clear and approachable manner.

  • Maintain compliance with enrollment standards and internal protocols.

  • Collaborate with facility partners to align messaging visibility and enrollment readiness.

  • Keep printed materials such as brochures signage and policy packets updated and well-organized.

  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the broader client services and operations teams.

  • Handle light administrative duties including scheduling follow-up interactions record-keeping and inventory tracking.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service client engagement or administrative coordination ideally in an insurance or retail setting.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to simplify complex information effectively.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working onsite and adaptable to varying facility environments and hours.

  • Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office data entry software).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in insurance enrollment self-storage operations or onsite support roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed client engagement KPIs (e.g. enrollment rate satisfaction scores).

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale or CRM platforms.

  • Bilingual skills especially Spanish or other commonly spoken regional languages are a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus 2+ years of experience in facility or site management, preferably in storage, retail, or service environments Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate vendors Proficiency in using scheduling, billing, or facility management systems Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods
