Job Description
HiFyve is seeking an experienced Sidel Technician with expertise in Sidel filler machines specifically those equipped with the Combi Predis system.
This role will involve traveling to Columbia MO while offering the flexibility to reside anywhere.
Salary: $100k
Full benefits package
Travel to Columbia MO several times a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Install troubleshoot and maintain Sidel filler machines and Combi Predis systems to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical and process-related issues efficiently.
- Operate and optimize Sidel and Combi Predis systems for seamless integration with filler machines.
- Travel extensively to Columbia MO to support operations.
- Collaborate with on-site teams and provide remote technical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities machine performance and parts usage.
- Report on issues and suggest improvements to enhance machine reliability and production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sidel blow molding machines and Combi Predis systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical and process-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems pneumatics and electrical controls.
- Familiarity with integrating blow molding machines with filler systems is a plus.
