Are you ready to lead in a dynamic and innovative environment Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an outstanding Lead for our PDS Visual Inspection department at our Monza facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of visual inspections for sterile pharmaceuticals. Collaborate with a world-class team to meet ambitious goals and deliver outstanding quality products to our patients!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily and weekly production planning and control to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the activities of operators ensuring the timely and high-quality production of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceuticals.
  • Support leadership in monitoring the application of SOPs and verifying process sampling.
  • Prepare monitor and initiate departmental machinery.
  • Assist during audits and support the coordination activities performed by Team Leaders/Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in CTF Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field or a diploma with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a pharmaceutical or food production environment.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Strong leadership and resource management skills.
  • Availability to work shifts including continuous and night cycles.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate resources effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manual semi-automatic or automatic visual inspection within pharmaceutical production.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP and SOP management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
