Job Description
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and entries
- Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Work with ERP systems (e.g. Odoo) to track and organize transactions
- Help prepare compliance documents and internal reports
- Analyze financial data in spreadsheets and provide meaningful insights
- Collaborate with other departments for budget tracking and resource planning
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude
- Basic understanding of financial statements and compliance concepts
- Bonus: Experience with ERP tools especially Odoo
