Im working with several Atlanta firms looking for corporate associates with:
$140000$180000 base annual bonuses
Direct deal exposure and drafting responsibilities
Mentorship and long-term growth paths
Requirements:
24 years of M&A or general corporate experience
GA bar license (or ability to waive in)
Ability to manage timelines documents and client expectations
